How do I book a hair salon appointment in Boulder?

Where is Twig Hair Salon located?
Twig Hair Salon is at 1831 Pearl Street, Boulder, CO 80302. We offer haircuts, hair color, styling, and other salon services in Boulder.
What are Twig Hair Salon’s hours?
- Monday–Friday: 9 a.m.–7 p.m.
- Saturday: 8 a.m.–6 p.m.
- Sunday: Closed
Which haircut should I book?
Choose based on your hair length, density, and desired result:
- Haircut Maintenance: For a regular trim and style refresh.
- Long/Thick Haircut: For longer or thicker hair requiring additional time.
- Short Hair Haircut: For styles at or above the jawline.
- Transformational Haircut: For a major change in length, shape, or style.

Do I need a hair consultation before my appointment?
Every appointment includes a consultation. A separate consultation is required before booking Creative Color, Corrective Color, Hair Extensions, Keratin Smoothing, Bridal Hair, or Editorial Hair services.
Call the salon to discuss your hair history, goals, and recommended service.
Can I request a quiet or silent hair appointment?
Yes. Add Silent Appointment when booking. Your stylist will discuss your hair goals and essential service details while keeping conversation to a minimum.
Does Twig Hair Salon offer barbered haircuts?
Yes. Twig offers barbered haircuts with clippers and scissors. We do not offer skin fades or straight-razor shaves.
What is Twig Hair Salon’s cancellation policy?
Provide at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.
- Less than 48 hours’ notice: 50% of the canceled service
- Less than 24 hours’ notice: Full service amount
Advance notice allows us to offer the appointment to another guest.
What should I do if I’m running late?
Call Twig Hair Salon as soon as possible. Arriving 15 minutes or more late may require rescheduling so we can stay on schedule.
What should I do if I have a concern about my hair service?
Contact us within two weeks of your original service. We do not offer refunds for completed services, but we will work with you to find a resolution.
Are there additional salon fees?
Each appointment includes a $5 supply charge. Credit card payments include a 3% processing fee. This fee does not apply to cash or debit payments.
Can I bring my pet to Twig Hair Salon?
Only service animals are permitted inside the salon. Please leave all other pets at home.
Is Twig Hair Salon an inclusive salon?

Does Twig Hair Salon offer gift certificates?
Yes. Gift certificates are available through our website. Choose an amount and add a personal message. They are suitable for birthdays, holidays, celebrations, and other special occasions.
