In order to meet the high demand for our services and to mitigate the significant financial impact on our stylists, please provide a minimum of 48 hours' notice for any cancellations. Cancellations within 48 hours will result in a 50% penalty of the canceled service, and those within 24 hours of the appointment time will be charged the full service amount.

Your satisfaction is extremely important to us. Although we do not offer refunds on services rendered, we will do everything in our power to correct any issue that may arise within two weeks of the original service. We want you to love your hair.

a 15 minute grace period is permitted to all clients. We will strive to accommodate all guests. Stylists retain their right to reschedule any client that arrives 15 minutes or later after their scheduled appointment. Please understand that this policy is in place so that the stylist does not run late for other scheduled and on-time appointments.

We LOVE pets! Many of us are pet owners ourselves. However, out of respect to all of our guest and to maintain the salon environment, we allow only service animals.
** Service animals must have a harness, leash, or other tether unless the handler's disability prohibits their use or if the animal's tasks would be directly hindered by such equipment. Businesses may ask a handler to remove their service animal if the animal is disruptive, aggressive, or not housebroken.

To maintain our high-quality service in the face of rising costs, a $4 supply charge will be added to each appointment, and a 3% fee will apply to credit card transactions, not including cash or debit.
